The store is protected by a Simplex 4100ES addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the entrance, and is in the previous Simplex 4100U's cabinet, which it replaced. The system is networked into the one in Stephen Avenue Place, which that one has voice-evac capabilities. The 4100ES was installed during the renovations at Stephen Avenue Place.

The notification appliances are mostly Wheelock MBS-G10-24 motor bell/strobes, installed in the early to mid 1990s. On the 2nd floor, there is a Simplex 2901-9724 motor bell on a Wheelock RSSP-24MCW strobe plate, which was installed when the 4100U was. There is also a Wheelock MB-G10-24 motor bell on a Wheelock RSSP-24MCW strobe plate, which was installed before 2007 as a replacement as well.
