Stephen Avenue Place is an 41-story office tower and retail hub located at 700 2 St SW in Downtown Calgary, AB. It was completed in 1976, and was formerly known as the Scotia Centre. There has been a recent renovation, so the fire alarm system is not entirely original.

FACP
The building was previously protected by a Simplex 4100U addressable fire alarm system. The panels were also networked to the one in the Hudson's Bay. Notification Appliances
The notification appliances were all Simplex "LifeAlarm" 2902-9316 (square, 8") speakers. Some are still installed after the upgrade, however disconnected.
Initiating Devices
Pull Stations
The pull stations were Simplex 2099-9107C two-stage pull stations.
