System Specifications (2000s-present)

FACP

The building is protected by a Fire-Lite MS-9600 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located behind the front desk. The system runs Fire-Lite’s CLIP addressable protocol, and is configured for two-stage operation. First stage coding is 20BPM, followed by temporal in general alarm.

Notification Appliances

All notification appliances are System Sensor “SpectrAlert” P1224MCA horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd).

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

All pull stations but one are Fire-Lite MPS-950KBF conventional two-stage single-action pull stations. All original stations have two Fire-Lite MMF-301A addressable monitor modules attached to them. There is a Fire-Lite FI-MPS-2A addressable two-stage single-action pull station in the basement lobby as a deficiency replacement.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are Fire-Lite SD355 addressable photoelectric smoke detectors throughout the building, mounted on System Sensor B710LPA bases.
