System Specifications

FACP

The hotel is protected by a Mircom FA-1000 conventional fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown, but has been confirmed by an annunciator. This panel replaced the original panel in 2013, but the model of the original panel is unknown. The system likely does continuous in alarm.

Notification Appliances

There is a large mix of notification appliances throughout the hotel, all of which are bells. Most areas have Mircom BL-6 motor bells (6” gong). There are also several Mirtone 74303 vibrating bells (6” gong), which are original. There are two Edwards 439D-6AWC vibrating bells (6” gong), along with one of each of the following 6” motor bells: Notifier KMS-6-24VDC, Notifier KMS-6-24A, Wheelock MB-G6-24.

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

95% of the pull stations are Mirtone 73303 conventional single-action pull stations. The only replacement pull station is an Edwards 270-SPO conventional single-action pull station, however the generation is unknown.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are System Sensor 1451A 2-wire conventional ionization smoke detectors throughout the hotel, as well as some FDD CR-135 fixed/rate-of-rise heat detectors.
