System Specifications

FACP

The building is protected by a Siemens FireFinder XLS addressable fire alarm system. The panel is likely located in an electrical room. The system runs Siemens’ FirePrint addressable protocol, and is configured for two-stage operation. First stage coding is 20BPM, followed by temporal in general alarm.

Annunciators

There is a Siemens SSD (System Status Display) annunciator in the main entrance vestibule.

Notification Appliances

All notification appliances are Siemens MTH-MC-W-B horn/strobes (white, wall-mount, bilingual lettering). These are set to the continuous horn tone, and are coded by the main FACP.

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

All pull stations are Siemens HMS-2S addressable two-stage single-action pull stations.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are Siemens HFP-11 addressable multisensor smoke/heat detectors throughout the building.
