GMC Stadium, formerly known as the Stampede Grandstand, is an outdoor stadium located at 2200 Stampede Trail Southeast, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The stadium hosts the Calgary Stampede rodeo, chuckwagon races, and grandstand shows. The stadium has a seating capacity of 17,000, with standing room space for 8,000, bringing the total capacity to 25,000. The stadium opened in 1974, and the fire alarm system is from the 2000s-2010s.

The building is protected by a Notifier NFS-320C addressable fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown, and was installed as an emergency replacement due to flooding. The system runs Notifier’s CLIP addressable protocol, and is configured for two-stage operation. First stage coding is 20BPM, followed by temporal in general alarm.
Notification Appliances
All indoor notification appliances are System Sensor “SpectrAlert” P1224MCA horn/strobes (red, wall-mount). The seating area has System Sensor P1224MCKA weatherproof horn/strobes (red, wall-mount).

Pull Stations
Most pull stations are Notifier NFM-950KB conventional two-stage single-action pull stations. There are Notifier MPS-950KB conventional two-stage single-action pull stations as deficiency replacements in some areas, as well as a Notifier N-MPS-2A addressable two-stage single-action pull station by the second floor stairway, also a deficiency replacement. All NFM stations are wired to Notifier MMX-101A addressable modules; all MPS stations are wired to Notifier FMM-101A addressable modules. All modules are mounted behind each station, and there are two per station.
