The Pine Inn is a lodge in Panorama Mountain Resort, BC that consists of two 3-story buildings. This particular one is the South Wing, which also has the T-Bar and Grill, and Alto. The lodge was built in 1982.

System Specifications

FACP

The fire alarm panel is a GE FireShield Plus, with the DACT/dialer installed (LCD screen). It was installed around 2011-13, possibly replacing an Edwards 2280. It is located on the main floor near an entrance.

Notification Appliances

The notification appliances are all Edwards 439D-10AWC vibrating bells, which are original.

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

The pull stations are mainly Edwards 274-111, which are original as confirmed by an "ORIGINAL" stamp on one of them. There is one replacement pull station in the ALTO, and it is an Edwards 270-SPO from around the 1990s-2000s.

Automatic Detection Devices

The smoke detectors are Edwards 6264B ionization smoke detectors, likely original, but it is currently unknown what year they were introduced. The heat detectors are Edwards 281B-PL rate-of-rise heat detectors.
