Bishop Carroll High School is a Catholic high school located at 4624 Richard Road Southwest, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The school is owned and operated by the Calgary Catholic School District (CCSD). The school opened in 1966, and the fire alarm system was upgraded in 1999. The fire alarm system was fully replaced in 2011.

The building is protected by an EST QuickStart QS1 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the ground floor boiler room. The system runs EST’s Signature-series addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
Annunciators
There is an EST QSA-1-S annunciator in the main entrance vestibule, equipped with an EST QS1-CPU-1 control board and an SL30 zone annunciation card.
Notification Appliances
All areas except the learning commons have a mix of Edwards “Genesis” G1R-HDVM horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, no lettering, set to 15cd) and Edwards G1RF-HDVM horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, FIRE lettering, set to 15cd). The learning commons has Edwards GC-HDVM horn/strobes (white, ceiling-mount, set to 15cd). For outdoor notification, there is an Edwards “Integrity” 757-8A-T horn/strobe (red, wall-mount, 110cd) outside the main entrance.
