Manulife Place is a large office building in Downtown Calgary, Alberta. The building has 27 floors, and 564,000 square feet of space. The building opened in 2015, and has the original fire alarm system.

FACP

The building is protected by an Edwards EST3 addressable fire alarm system. The main node is located in the CACF room on the main floor. The system runs EST’s Signature addressable protocol, is configured for two-stage operation, and is equipped with voice evacuation. The tones and messages are unknown at this time.

Notification Appliances
