5201 30 Ave is a small plaza in the city of Beaumont, AB. It consists of Jeb's No Frills and a Dollar Tree. The plaza built in 2005 as Extra Foods, and in 2010 Extra Foods was downsized to No Frills, with a Dollar Tree opening in 2015. The fire alarm system is from 2010.

System Specifications (2010-present)

FACP

The store is protected by an EST QuickStart QS1 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the entrance vestibule of Jeb's No Frills, and was installed in 2010 following conversion. The "QuickStart" label has been ripped off of the cabinet. The system runs EST's Signature addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

Annunciators

There is an EST QSA-1-S annunciator cabinet with a QS1-CPU-1 CPU and SL30 zone card outside the Dollar Tree.

Notification Appliances

The notification appliances in the No Frills and most of the Dollar Tree are EST "Genesis" G1-HDVM (white, wall, no FIRE, set to 15cd) horn/strobes. The Dollar Tree has one EST G1F-HDVM (white, wall, FIRE marking, set to 15cd) horn/strobe. Outside the No Frills, there is an EST "Integrity" 757-7A-T horn/strobe (red, 15/75cd), which remained from the original system.

Pull Stations

All pull stations are EST SIGA-270 addressable single-action pull stations. The ones in No Frills are original.

Automatic Detection Devices

Waterflow detection, so no detectors present.

Modules

There are EST SIGA-CT1 addressable input modules supervising the sprinkler system.
