FACP
The building is protected by a Simplex 4100ES addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located just past the main entrance. The system runs Simplex’s IDNet addressable initiating and IDNAC addressable signaling protocols, and is equipped with voice evacuation. The messages and/or tones are unknown at this time.
Notification Appliances
All indoor notification appliances are Simplex “TrueAlert ES” 49SVH-APPLC-O addressable speaker/strobes fitted with 49SVC-CWFIRE-O covers(white, ceiling-mount, set to 15cd). In the stairways, there are Simplex "TrueAlert" 4902-9721 (ceiling mount, 70V) speakers on every second floor. For outdoor notification, there is a Simplex 49SVH-APPLW-O weatherproof addressable speaker/strobe (red, wall-mount) outside the main entrance, fitted with a 49SVC-WRFIRE-O cover.

Automatic Detection Devices
There are Simplex “TrueAlarm” 4098-9714 addressable photoelectric smoke detectors throughout the building, mounted on Simplex 4098-9792 bases. The building is equipped with a sprinkler system.

There are Simplex 4090-9001 addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s tamper and flow switches.
