Happy Valley Elementary School is an elementary school located at 3291 Happy Valley Road, in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. The school opened in 2007, replacing the old building which was destroyed by a fire in 2004.

The building is protected by a Mircom FX-2000 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main electrical room. The system runs Mircom’s CLIP addressable protocol, and the system coding is continuous.

Most notification appliances are Mircom BL-10B motor bells (10” gong). There are Mircom “Select-A-Strobe” FS-240R remote strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd) in the gymnasium and some classrooms.
