Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]
There are Simplex “TrueAlarm” 4098-9714 addressable photoelectric smoke detectors throughout the building.
The main living area and corridor have System Sensor C2W-BA conventional photoelectric smoke detectors.
Smaller rooms have Simplex 4098-9734 addressable 190°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors.
All aforementioned addressable detectors are mounted on Simplex 4098-9792 bases.
There are Simplex 4098-9755 addressable photoelectric duct smoke detectors on all fan units.
There is a Simplex 4098-XAD-110 addressable aspirating smoke detector supervising the padded room.

There are Simplex 4090-9002 addressable relay modules for HVAC control.
