Spruce Ridge Estates is an apartment complex owned by Boardwalk. This page will cover Building 3380/3382, located at 3380, 19A Hemlock Crescent SW, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The building was built in 1953, and fully renovated in 1997. The fire alarm system was upgraded in 1997, with some upgrades occurring in the 2010s including a panel replacement.

FACP[edit | edit source]

The building is protected by a Mircom FA-1000 conventional fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main stairwell of 3380. The system coding is temporal.

Annunciators[edit | edit source]

There is a Mircom RAM-1032TZDS annunciator in the 3382 entrance vestibule, mounted inside a BB-1001 cabinet.

Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]

All common areas have System Sensor “SpectrAlert” P2415A horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, 15cd).
It is unknown if the suites have devices.

Initiating Devices[edit | edit source]

Pull Stations[edit | edit source]

All pull stations are Mircom MS-401 conventional single-action pull stations.

Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]

There are System Sensor C2W-BA conventional photoelectric smoke detectors in all corridors.
There are FDD CR-135 conventional 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors in the storage closets under each stairwell.
There are Mircom TD-135 conventional 135°F fixed-temperature heat detectors in the mechanical room and attic.
There are System Sensor D2A conventional photoelectric duct smoke detectors on the main fan units of each building.

There are Notifier EOL-CR end of line resistor plates on all circuits.
