This plaza consists of a Sobeys, Ohana Care, PetValu, Williams Paints, Subway, Freshii and Royal Oak Clinic. It was built in 2003, and the fire alarm system was fully upgraded in 2017.

The building was protected by an EST QuickStart QS1 addressable fire alarm system. The panel was located in the Sobeys main entrance vestibule. The system ran EST's Signature addressable protocol, and the system coding was temporal.
Notification Appliances
Most notification appliances in Sobeys were EST "Genesis" GC-HDVM horn/strobes (white, ceiling-mount, no lettering, set to 30cd).
The other tenants and some areas in Sobeys had EST "Genesis" G1R-HDVM horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, no lettering, set to 15cd).

July 12, 2018 - alarm at around 10:54 AM, activated by a pull station in the Sobeys backroom after being hit by an object.
