Eaglemont Manor is an apartment complex located at 5301 Rue Eaglemont, Beaumont, Alberta. The building was constructed in 2013, and the fire alarm system is original.

FACP[edit | edit source]

The building is protected by a Mircom FX-2000 addressable fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown. The system runs Mircom’s CLIP addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

Annunciators[edit | edit source]

There is a Mircom RAX-LCD annunciator paired with a Mircom RAX-1048TZDS annunciator in the main entrance vestibule.

Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]

All common area notification appliances are Mircom “Select–a-Horn/Strobe” FHS-340R horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd/electromechanical).
Each bedroom has a Mircom MH-S25W mini horn (white, wall-mount, silenceable).
For exterior notification, there is a Mircom FS-340R-WP weatherproof remote strobe (red, wall-mount, set to 75cd).

There are Mircom MIX-M500MA addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s tamper and flow switches.

There are Mircom MP-300 end-of-line resistors on all sprinkler and signal circuits.
