First Edmonton Place is an office building located at 10665 Jasper Ave, Edmonton, Alberta. The building opened in 1983, and the fire alarm system is original, with a slight upgrade in the 2010s.

FACP[edit | edit source]

The building is protected by a Siemens FireFinder XLS conventional fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown. The system is equipped with voice-evacuation. The tones and/or messages are unknown at this time.
The FireFinder XLS replaced the original Mirtone 7900 in the 2010s.

There is a Siemens SSD annunciator in the main entrance vestibule.

Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]

Most notification appliances are Soundolier UHT-70-C speakers (round, ceiling-mount, 8”).
There is a Mirtone speaker (round, 8” ceiling-mount) in Tim Hortons, model to be confirmed.
