Glenview Park Secondary School is a high school located at 55 McKay St, Cambridge, Ontario. The school was built in 1956, and the fire alarm system was upgraded in the late 1990s-early 2000s, only the pull stations are original.

The school is protected by an Edwards EST2 conventional fire alarm system. The panel is located in the entrance. The coding of the system is unknown.

Most notification appliances are Edwards 439D-6AWC vibrating bells (6” gong).

The older gym has Edwards 439D-10AWC vibrating bells (10” gong).

All pull stations are Edwards 270-SPO conventional single-action pull stations. These are original.

Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]

There are Edwards 6250C conventional 4-wire ionization smoke detectors throughout the school.

There are some Edwards C2M-PD conventional 2-wire photoelectric smoke detectors as deficiency replacements.
