Hilton Garden Inn is a chain of midrange hotels owned by Hilton. The chain is headquartered in Mclean, VA, and has locations worldwide. This particular hotel is located at 2335 Pegasus Road NE, in Calgary, AB. The hotel opened in 1999, and the fire alarm system is original, with deficiency replacements installed as they occur.

There is an Edwards SIGA-OSD addressable optical smoke detector in the elevator machine room.
There are EST SIGA-DH duct detector housings with EST SIGA-PS addressable photoelectric smoke detector heads on all air handling units.
All detectors are mounted on EST SIGA-SB bases.
