FACP[edit | edit source]

The hotel is protected by an Edwards EST3 addressable fire alarm system. This is a networked system with many nodes; the main node may be located in a CACF room, although this is unconfirmed. The system runs Edwards' Signature addressable protocol, and is configured for two-stage operation. The system is equipped with voice evacuation, however the messages and/or tones are unknown at this time.

Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]

Common Areas[edit | edit source]

The corridors of the hotel have Edwards “Genesis” G4-S7VM speaker/strobes (white, wall-mount, 70V). The pool area has Edwards WG4RF-SVMC weatherproof speaker/strobes (red, wall-mount, 70V).

Guest Rooms[edit | edit source]

All guest rooms have Edwards GC-S7 remote speakers (white, ceiling-mount, 70V). Some guest rooms have EST G1RF-VM remote strobes (red, wall-mount).

Initiating Devices[edit | edit source]

Pull Stations[edit | edit source]

All pull stations are EST SIGA-270P addressable two-stage single-action pull stations.

Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]

There are EST SIGA2-PS addressable photoelectric smoke detectors throughout the hotel, mounted on SIGA-SB bases. There is also a sprinkler system with waterflow detection.

Modules[edit | edit source]

There are EST SIGA-CT1 addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system's tamper and flow switches.
There are EST SIGA-CR addressable relay modules serving various purposes.
