Red Lobster is a chain of casual seafood restaurants. This particular restaurant is located at 667 Wellington Road, in London, Ontario, Canada. The restaurant opened in 1972 as Ponderosa, and became Red Lobster in 1987. The fire alarm system was possibly installed in 1987, and devices have been replaced as they become deficient.

FACP[edit | edit source]

The building is protected by a Mircom FA-1025T conventional fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown, and it replaced a Mirtone 7400. The system coding is temporal.

Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]

Most notification appliances are Mirtone 74303 vibrating bells (6” gong, newer).

The dining room has an Edwards 439D-6AWC vibrating bell (6” gong) in addition to the Mirtone bells.

An Edwards 439D-10AWC vibrating bell (10” gong) has been installed in the lobby as a deficiency replacement.

There is a Mircom BL-10B motor bell (10” gong) as a deficiency replacement.

Pull Stations[edit | edit source]

Most pull stations are Mirtone 73303 conventional single-action pull stations.

There are Mircom MS-401, Edwards 270-SPO and Notifier MPS-950B conventional single-action pull stations are installed throughout as deficiency replacements.

Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]

There are Fire Detection Devices CR-135 conventional 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors throughout the restaurant. There is one Edwards 281C conventional 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detector.

EOLs[edit | edit source]

There are Mirtone 7906 end-of-line resistor plates on all circuits.
