Sandman Signature is a brand of upscale hotels owned by Sandman Hotels. This particular hotel is located at 901 Pembina Rd, Sherwood Park, AB. It was built in 2019, and the fire alarm system is original.

The building is protected by a Mircom FX-2000 addressable fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown. The system runs Mircom’s Advanced addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

There is a Mircom RAX-LCD LCD annunciator paired with two Mircom RAX-1048TZDS LED annunciators in a BB-1003 cabinet, located in the lobby.

There are Mircom MIX-M501APA addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s tamper and flow switches.

There are Mircom MP-300 end-of-line resistor plates on all sprinkler and signal circuits.
