The building is protected by a Notifier NFS-320C conventional fire alarm system. The panel is located in a mechanical room, and is mounted on an Edwards Custom 6500 cabinet. The system coding is temporal.

There is a Notifier ACM-24AT LED annunciator at the entrance.

All notification appliances are System Sensor “L-Series” HWLA horns (white, wall-mount).

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

All pull stations are Edwards 270-SPO conventional pull stations. These were installed in the 1970s. There is one variant from the 1990s, and one GE variant; these two were installed as deficiency replacements.

Automatic Detection Devices

All smoke detectors are System Sensor 1412A ionization smoke detectors.

There are Edwards 281C rate-of-rise/fixed heat detectors throughout, as well as some Edwards 281A rate-of-rise/fixed heat detectors.

There is one Edwards 281B-PL rate-of-rise/fixed heat detector installed in 2009 as a deficiency replacement.

There are also several System Sensor 5601A rate-of-rise/fixed heat detectors installed as deficiency replacements.

EOLs

There are Edwards EOL-P1 end-of-line resistor plates on all circuits.
