McDonald's (Bowness)

The Bowness location of the fast food chain McDonald's was built sometime in the 1980s. It's located in NW Calgary. The fire alarm system was installed in 2016, following a major renovation.

FACP[edit | edit source]

The fire alarm panel is a Simplex 4007ES. It is located in the back kitchen, which is sort of an odd location for a panel.

Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]

The notification appliances are Simplex "TrueAlert" 4906-9127 (red, wall mount) horn/strobes. They were installed in 2016, along with the rest of the Simplex system.

Pull Stations[edit | edit source]

The pull stations consist of Simplex 4099-9004 addressable, IDNet, single action T-bar pull stations with LED.

Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]

None noticed at this time.
