McKnight-Westwinds Station is a light rail station located at 6200C 36 St NE, Calgary, AB. It is part of the Blue Line in the NE leg. It was built in 2007 as the line’s first extension, and expanded in 2011. This page will cover the drivers’ lounge, located nearby, also built in 2007. The fire alarm system was upgraded in the last few years, the notification appliances are original. The actual station has no system.

FACP[edit | edit source]

The building is protected by a Simplex 4007ES addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located at the main entrance. The system runs Simplex’s IDNet addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]

The only known notification appliances is an EST “Integrity” 757-5A-T horn/strobe (red, wall-mount, 15cd), located outside.
