FACP[edit | edit source]

Note: A permit was issued in October 2022 citing a panel replacement, so this panel is not in service.

The building is protected by an EST QuickStart QS4 conventional fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main electrical room. The system coding is temporal.

Annunciators[edit | edit source]

There is an EST QSA-2-S annunciator with a QS4-CPU-2 CPU in the main entrance vestibule.

All notification appliances are Edwards “Genesis” G1R-HDVM horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd).

Initiating Devices[edit | edit source]

Pull Stations[edit | edit source]

Most pull stations are Simplex 2099-9901 conventional single-action pull stations. Some areas have Edwards 270-SPOW conventional single-action pull stations as deficiency replacements.

There are FDD CR-135 conventional 135°F fixed/rate-of-rise heat detectors throughout the building.
