Northern Hills Depot is a City of Calgary Parks & Recreation depot located at 302 Country Village Way Northeast, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The building opened in 1992, and the fire alarm system was upgraded in 2016.

FACP

The building is protected by a Mircom FX-2000 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the kitchen. The system runs Mircom’s CLIP addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

Notification Appliances

All notification appliances are System Sensor “SpectrAlert Advance” P2RA horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd).

All pull stations are Mircom MS-401AD addressable single-action pull stations.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are Mircom MIX-2251BA addressable photoelectric smoke detectors throughout the building, and there are Mircom MIX-5251RBA addressable 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors in all closets.
