Lumberjack’s Restaurant is a small chain consisting of two restaurants. This particular restaurant is located at 5708 75 Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta. The restaurant was built in 1980 as Dallas House, and became Lumberjack’s in 1997. The fire alarm system is mostly original.
Note: This system only supervises this restaurant and the Sportsman’s Pub in the building.

System Specifications (1980-present)[edit | edit source]

FACP[edit | edit source]

The restaurant sis protected by a Mircom FA-102T conventional fire alarm system. The panel is located behind the hosts’ desk. The system coding is temporal.
This panel replaced a Mirtone 70605.

Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]

All notification appliances are Mirtone 74303 vibrating bells (6” gong).

Initiating Devices[edit | edit source]

Pull Stations[edit | edit source]

All pull stations except for one are Mirtone 73201 conventional dual-action pull stations.
There is an Edwards 270-SPO conventional single-action pull station at the entrance, installed around 1985.

Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]

There are likely Mirtone 73320 conventional 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors in the kitchen.

EOLs[edit | edit source]

There are Mirtone 7906 end-of-line resistor plates on all circuits.
