River Cree Resort and Casino is a hotel, resort and casino located at 300 East Lapotac Boulevard, in Enoch, Alberta, Canada. The complex was built in 2006, and is currently undergoing an expansion as of October 2024. The fire alarm system is mostly original.

FACP[edit | edit source]

The building is protected by a Notifier NFS2-3030C addressable fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown. The system runs Notifier’s FlashScan addressable protocol, and is equipped with Notifier’s “Digital Voice Command” voice evacuation system. The system is configured for two-stage operation; the messages and/or tones are unknown at this time.

Annunciators[edit | edit source]

There is a Notifier LCD-160 annunciator by the front desk.

Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]

Most notification appliances are System Sensor “SpectrAlert” SP2C2475A speaker/strobes (white, wall-mount, 75cd, set to 70V).
Areas requiring additional visual coverage have System Sensor S2415WA remote strobes (white, wall-mount, 15cd).
Some guest rooms have System Sensor “L-Series” SPSWLA-E speaker/strobes (white, wall-mount, English lettering, set to 70V/15cd) as deficiency replacements for the aforementioned speaker/strobes.

Initiating Devices[edit | edit source]

Pull Stations[edit | edit source]

All pull stations are Notifier MPS-950KB conventional two-stage single-action pull stations, wired to Notifier FMM-101A addressable monitor modules (2 per device).

Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]

There are Notifier FSP-851A addressable photoelectric smoke detectors throughout the building, mounted on Notifier B710LPA bases in all common areas, and on System Sensor B501BH sounder bases in all guest rooms.
There are Notifier FSP-951A addressable photoelectric smoke detectors in some areas as deficiency replacements, mounted on System Sensor B300A-6 bases.

Modules[edit | edit source]

There are Notifier FMM-1A addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s tamper and flow switches.
There are Notifier FRM-1A addressable relay modules serving various purposes.
There are Notifier ISO-XA isolator modules on the SLC.

EOLs[edit | edit source]

There are Notifier EOL-CR end of line resistor plates on all sprinkler and signal circuits.
