The Central Memorial Park Cafe is a restaurant in Central Memorial Park, located at 1221 2 Street SW, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The building is owned and maintained by the City of Calgary. The restaurant was built in 2010, and the fire alarm system is original.

The building is protected by a Notifier NFS-320C addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main dining room. The system runs Notifier’s FlashScan addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]
All indoor notification appliances are System Sensor “SpectrAlert Advance” P2RA horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd).
For outdoor notification, there is a System Sensor SRKA weatherproof remote strobe (red, wall-mount) outside the main entrance.

Pull Stations[edit | edit source]
All pull stations are Notifier MPS-950B conventional single-action pull stations, wired to Notifier FMM-101A addressable monitor modules.
Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]
There are Notifier FSP-851A addressable photoelectric smoke detectors in each stairwell and in the main electrical room.
There are Notifier FST-851RA addressable 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors in all mechanical and furnace rooms.
All aforementioned detectors are mounted on Notifier B710LPA bases.
There is a System Sensor DNRA addressable duct detector housing with an FSP-851A addressable photoelectric smoke detector head on the make-up air unit.

There are Notifier FMM-1A addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s tamper and flow switches.
There are Notifier FRM-1A addressable relay modules for HVAC shutdown.
EOLs[edit | edit source]
There are Notifier EOL-CR end of line resistor plates on all sprinkler and signal circuits.
