1404-1418 99 St NW is the address given to a portion of a commercial complex in South Edmonton Common, Edmonton, AB. It consists of HomeSense, Hockey Life, Dollarama and Mark’s. The complex was first built in 2006, and expanded in 2009. HomeSense was opened in 2019, and the fire alarm system is original, with an upgrade happening in 2019.

This section of the building is protected by a Kidde VS4 addressable fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown. The system runs Kidde’s GSA addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

The Mark’s and HomeSense entrance vestibules each have a Kidde RLCD-C annunciator and a Kidde RLED24 annunciator.

All notification appliances except for HomeSense are Edwards “Genesis” G1-HDVM horn/strobes (white, wall-mount, no marking, set to 15cd).

There is a mix of EST SIGA-CT1 and Kidde GSA-CT1 addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s tamper and flow switches.
There are Kidde GSA-IM isolator modules on each SLC.

There are Edwards EOL-P1 end-of-line resistor plates on all sprinkler and signal circuits.
