Quality Inn is a chain of hotels owned by Choice Hotels. The chain is headquartered in Rockville, Maryland, USA, and has locations worldwide. This particular hotel is located at 4850 Frusta Drive, in Obetz, Ohio, USA. The hotel was built in 2002, and the fire alarm system was partially upgraded in the 2010s; only the notification appliances are original.
