1912-1918 99 Street NW is the address of a small retail plaza in the South Common shopping district of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The plaza consists of Dollar Tree, West Coast Kids and Urban Barn. The plaza was built in two phases; Dollar Tree was built in 2002, and the two other tenant spaces were built in 2003. The fire alarm system is partially original; some system devices including the FACP were replaced in 2021.

The building is protected by a Fire-Lite MS-9200UDLSC addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main electrical room at the rear of the building. The system runs Fire-Lite’s LiteSpeed addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

There is a Fire-LIte LCD-80F annunciator outside Dollar Tree.

Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]

Most notification appliances are System Sensor “SpectrAlert” P2415A horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, 15cd).
West Coast Kids has System Sensor “L-Series” P2RLA horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd).
For outdoor notification, there is a System Sensor S1224MCKA weatherproof remote strobe (red, wall-mount) outside the main electrical room.
