The Oliver Apartments is a large apartment located at 524 10 Ave SW, Calgary, Alberta. The building opened in 2022, and has the original fire alarm system.

System Specifications

FACP

The building is protected by a Mircom FleX-Net addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main floor CACF room. The system runs Mircom’s Advanced addressable protocol, and is equipped with the QX-5000 voice evacuation sytem. The system is configured for two-stage operation, however the messages and/or tones are unknown at this time.

Notification Appliances

Most notification appliances are System Sensor “L-Series” SPSWLA speaker/strobes (white, wall-mount).
