Palihotel is a chain of boutique hotels in the United States. They are owned by the Palisociety. This particular hotel is located at 107 Pine St, Seattle, Washington, and is situated in the historic Colonnade Hotel Building, which was built in 1898. The building became Palihotel in 2018, and received a new fire alarm system at that time.
System Specifications[edit | edit source]
FACP[edit | edit source]
The building is protected by an Edwards EST3 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is likely located in an electrical room. The system runs EST’s Signature addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

The common areas of the hotel have System Sensor “L-Series” PC2WL horn/strobes (white, ceiling-mount, set to 15/75cd).
The guest rooms have System Sensor “SpectrAlert Advance” HW-LF low frequency sounders (white, wall-mount), as well as sounders, see below for more information.
