The Ten is a condo complex located at 10179 105 Street NW, in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The building was built in 2000, and the fire alarm system is original except for deficiency replacements.

FACP

The building is protected by a Notifier AFP-200 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main lobby. The system runs Notifier’s CLIP addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

Notification Appliances

Most notification appliances are System Sensor “SpectrAlert” P2415A horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, 15cd).

Each unit has a System Sensor "Mini-Alert" PA400WA mini-horn (white) and a System Sensor S2415WA remote strobe (white, wall-mount, 15cd)

Some areas have System Sensor “SpectrAlert Advance” P2RA horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd) as deficiency replacements.

All pull stations are Notifier MPS-950B conventional single-action pull stations, wired to Notifier FMM-101A addressable monitor modules.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are Notifier FSP-851A addressable photoelectric smoke detectors in some areas, mounted on System Sensor B210LPA bases.

Modules

There are Notifier MMX-1A addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system's tamper and flow switches.

EOLs

There are Notifier EOL-CR end-of-line resistor plates on all sprinkler and signal circuits.
