Annunciators

There is a Mircom RAX-LCD annunciator paired with a RAX-1048TZDS annunciator in the main entrance vestibule mounted in a Mircom BB-1002 cabinet.

Booster Panels

There is a Mircom BPS-1100 11-amp booster power supply in the main electrical room.

Notification Appliances

All corridors have System Sensor "SpectrAlert Advance" P2RA horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd).
Each suite bedroom has a Mircom MH-S25WA silenceable mini-horn (white).
For exterior notification, there is a System Sensor SRKA weatherproof remote strobe (red, wall-mount, set to 75cd) outside the entrance.

Initiating Devices

There is a Mircom MIX-5251RAPA addressable 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detector in the elevator machine room.
All detectors are mounted on System Sensor B210LPA bases, except for the elevator shaft smoke detector which is on a System Sensor B224BIA isolator base.

Modules

There are Mircom MIX-M500MA addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system's tamper and flow switches.
There is a Mircom MIX-M500RA addressable relay module for shutting down the air handling unit.
There are System Sensor M500XA isolator modules on the SLC.
There is a System Sensor MDL3RA sync module synchronizing all horn/strobes.

Pre-Action
