Brookfield Residential YMCA at Seton is a recreation centre located at 4995 Market St SE, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The facility is the world's largest YMCA. The building was built in 2019, and the fire alarm system is original.

System Specifications

FACP

The building is protected by an Edwards EST3 addressable fire alarm system. This is a networked system with 2 nodes: Node 1 is located in the back-of-house CACF room, and Node 2 is located in the southwest entrance vestibule. The system runs Edwards' Signature addressable protocol, is equipped with voice evacuation, and is configured for two-stage operation. The messages and/or tones are unknown at this time.

Notification Appliances

Most notification appliances are Edwards "Genesis" G4-S7VM speaker/strobes (white, wall-mount, no marking, 70V, set to 15cd).
Some areas have Edwards GC-S7VM speaker/strobes (white, ceiling-mount, no marking, 70V, set to 15cd).
For outdoor notification, there is an Edwards CS405-7A-T weatherproof remote strobe (red, wall-mount, 15/75cd) outside the southwest entrance.
