Former System Specifications (2000s-2025)

FACP

The building was protected by an EST QuickStart QS4 conventional fire alarm system. The panel was located in the main entrance vestibule. The system coding was temporal. This panel was equipped with a ZB16 zone card, and likely replaced an Edwards Custom 6500.

Notification Appliances

All notification appliances were Edwards "Genesis" G1R-HDVM horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, no marking, set to 15cd) mounted on G1RT-FIRE trim plates (FIRE marking).

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

All pull stations were Edwards 270-SPO conventional single-action pull stations; both original and deficiency replacement devices were present.

Automatic Detection Devices

None noticed.

EOLs

There were Edwards EOL-P1 end-of-line resistor plates on all circuits.
