The Brentwood Sportsplex is a sports complex located at 1520B Northmount Drive NW, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The building consists of an arena, an event space, and a daycare. The building was built in 1976, and the fire alarm system was upgraded in the 1980s.

The building is protected by a Mircom FA-1000 conventional fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main lobby. The system coding is temporal.

Most pull stations are Edwards 270-SPO conventional single-action pull stations.
Some areas have Mircom MS-401 conventional single-action pull stations as deficiency replacements.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are System Sensor C2W-BA conventional photoelectric smoke detectors in the lobby, at the top of each stairwell, and at the top of the elevator shaft.
There are System Sensor 5601A conventional 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors in all storage, compressor, mechanical and janitor rooms.
There are System Sensor 5604A conventional 194°F fixed-temperature heat detectors in all furnace rooms.
There are Edwards "SuperDuct" SD-2W conventional photoelectric duct smoke detectors on the 2nd floor furnaces.
