Park Place Mall is a shopping mall located at 501 1 Ave S, in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. The mall is owned and operated by Primaris, and is the only enclosed shopping centre in Lethbridge. The building was built in 1988, and the fire alarm system was upgraded in 2020.
The original system was an Edwards Custom 6500 with EVAC.

FACP
The building is protected by an Edwards EST4 addressable fire alarm system. This is a networked system with several nodes: the main node is located in the CACF room, and a node is located in the southwest entrance vestibule. The system runs Edwards' Signature addressable protocol, is equipped with voice evacuation, and is configured for two-stage operation. The messages and/or tones are unknown at this time.
Annunciators
There is an Edwards EST4-LCDANN annunciator in one entrance vestibule.
Notification Appliances
Most notification appliances are Edwards "Genesis" GCSVWF speaker/strobes (white, ceiling-mount, FIRE marking, set to 70V/15cd).
Public areas of the mall have Edwards GCSWF remote speakers (white, ceiling-mount, FIRE marking, set to 70V) and Edwards G4SRF remote speakers (red, wall-mount, FIRE marking, set to 70V) for additional audible coverage.

All pull stations are EST SIGA-270P addressable two-stage single-action pull stations.
Automatic Detection Devices
There are Edwards SIGA-PD addressable photoelectric smoke detectors.
There are Edwards SIGA-HRD addressable 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors in some areas.
All aforementioned detectors are mounted on EST SIGA-SB bases.
There are EST "SuperDuct" SIGA-SD addressable photoelectric duct smoke detectors on all air handling units.
Modules
There are EST SIGA-CT1 addressable monitor modules supervising all kitchen suppression systems, the generator's run/trouble contacts, the fire pump's run/trouble contacts, and the sprinkler system's tamper and flow switches.
There are EST SIGA-CR addressable relay modules serving various purposes.
There are EST SIGA-IM addressable isolator modules on all SLCs.

There are Edwards EOL-P1 end of line resistor plates on all circuits supervised by monitor modules, and on all signal circuits.
