Holy Trinity Family Activity Centre is a recreation/community hall located in the Forest Lawn neighborhood of Southeast Calgary. It was built in 1989, and most of the fire alarm system is original.

System Specifications

FACP

The building is protected by a Mircom FA-300 conventional fire alarm panel. The specific model is FA-301-12LDW (12 zones, white). It was installed in about 2015, and likely replaced an Edwards 2280.

Notification Appliances

The notification appliances are Edwards 439D-6AWC vibrating bells, which are original. Please note that only the main floor has been checked, and the alarms in the basement could vary.

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

The pull stations are Edwards 275-C111 which are undoubtedly original.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are Edwards 6250B ionization smoke detectors in the main hallway. The main hall has Edwards 281B-PL rate-of-rise heat detectors. All are original from 1989.
