Safeway is a chain of grocery stores across Canada and the USA. This particular store is located in the Willow Park neighborhood of Southeast Calgary. It was built in 1974, but the system is not original.

The panel is an EST QuickStart QS1. It is located in the left entrance. The panel is not original, and was installed sometime in the 2010s.
Notification Appliances
All notification appliances are EST "Genesis" G1R-HDVM (red, wall mount, no FIRE) horn/strobes mounted on G1F-FIRE trim plates ("FIRE").
Initiating Devices
Pull Stations
The pull stations are mainly a mix of 1990s Edwards 270-SPO pull station and 2000s EST SIGA-270 addressable pull stations. There is one original 2nd generation Edwards 270-SPO, located by the back exit.
Automatic Detection Devices
The areas with lower ceilings have EST SIGA-PS addressable photoelectric smoke detectors.
