13226 Macleod Trail SE is a multi-use building in Lake Bonavista, in SE Calgary. It contains Canyon Meadows Cinemas, Reflex Supplements, Gymvt Avenida, Fortress Engineering, Fun 'N' More, Goodlife Fitness, and Pedalhead/Skiworks. It was built in 1992, and only some notification appliances are original.

System Specifications

FACP

The facility is protected by a Notifier AFP-400 addressable fire alarm control panel. It is located in the exit of the movie theatre. It was installed in 1999.

Notification Appliances

There is a variety of notification appliances. The movie theatre has mostly System Sensor "SpectrAlert" P241575 horn/strobes (red, wall mount, 15/75 candela), which were installed in 1999. Some replacements for failed SpectrAlerts include a Mircom FHS-240R horn/strobe in the theatre's main corridor installed in the 2000s, a System Sensor "SpectrAlert Advance" P4R (red, wall mount, 4-wire) horn/strobe in the main corridor, and one in theatre 6. The rest of the facility has Wheelock MBS-G10-24 motor bell/strobes, which are original.

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

Most pull stations are Notifier NFM-950B pull stations, from the 1999 renovation. Some areas have Notifier MPS-950B pull stations, and there are a few Mircom MS-401 pull stations as replacements.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are System Sensor 2451 photoelectric smoke detectors located throughout the facility, from the 1999 renovation.
