'Southland Park II' is a 5-story mixed-use office building located in the Southwood neighborhood of Southwest Calgary. It was built in 1981, but the system is not original. Note: Page is incomplete due to lack of time. Please check back later for full details.

The building is protected by an EST3 addressable fire alarm control panel. It is located next to the main security desk. It was installed in 2002, but it is unknown what it replaced. It is voice evac, but it is unknown what tones or messages it plays. The panel is set to be replaced with an EST4 in October, and Yycsfirealarmnimrod will be getting the EST3!
Notification Appliances
The main notification appliances are EST 965-7A-8RW 8" speaker/strobes (white, ceiling mount). These were installed in 2002. Renovated areas have EST EGC-S7VM "Genesis" speaker/strobes (white, ceiling mount). There are a few EST 202-75PS "Powersaver Integrity" remote strobes in some areas. All speaker/strobes are set to be replaced with EST LED Genesis speaker/strobes (model number to be confirmed).
