'Fluor Canada Ltd.' is an oil and gas engineering company. This is the head office, and is located in the Sundance neighborhood of Southeast Calgary. It was built in 2000, and most of the system is original.

System Specifications

FACP

The facility is protected by a Siemens Firefinder XLS addressable fire alarm panel. It is located in the main entrance, and was installed following the renovation in 2013. It replaced the original panel, which was a Siemens MXL-IQ. When in alarm, the system does code 3.

Notification Appliances

Most notification appliances are Siemens U-MHU-MCS horn/strobes (red, wall mount). These are original. Some of these horn/strobes have failed over time, and were replaced with Siemens MTH-MC-R multi-tone horn/strobes, set on code 3 horn.

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

All pull stations are Siemens MSI-51B addressable single-stage pull stations.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are Siemens "FirePrint" FP-11 multisensor smoke/heat detectors throughout the facility.
