The upper floors have System Sensor "SpectrAlert Advance" PC2W (white, ceiling) horn/strobes on the wall or ceiling. It is unknown why they installed some PC2W horn/strobes on the walls, but maybe they ran out of P2Rs, so they had no other choice to install them.
