Tractorland Kubota is a tractor dealer in Balzac, AB despite saying Calgary. This particular location was built in the late 1990s to mid 2000s, and Moody's Equipment bought the building in 2010, and then Tractorland Kubota came in 2016. The store has one original notification appliance.

System Specifications

FACP

The fire panel is a Notifier NFS-320C addressable panel, and was installed in 2016 after Tractorland bought the building. The panel is set to not illuminate the device LEDs unless an alarm is tripped. The system runs Notifier's FlashScan addressable protocol, and does code 3 in alarm.d

Notification Appliances

The notification appliances are mainly System Sensor "SpectrAlert Advance" P2RA (red, wall) horn/strobes installed in 2016 when the building was bought. However, near the entrance, there is a System Sensor "SpectrAlert" P1224MCA (red, wall) horn/strobe left over from before the system was installed.

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

The pull stations are all Notifier NBG-12LX FlashScan addressable dual-action pull stations. These were installed when the NFS-320C was installed.

Automatic Detection Devices

There is a Notifier FSP-851A FlashScan addressable photoelectric detector in the main area.
