‘’’Sawridge Inn and Conference Centre Edmonton South’’’ is a hotel located in Edmonton, Alberta. It was built in 1991, and renovated in 2012. The fire alarm system was installed following the 2012 renovation.

System Specifications

FACP

The hotel is protected by a Notifier NFS-320C addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located near the main entrance. The system runs Notifier’s FlashScan addressable protocol, and does code 3 in alarm.

Notification Appliances

All notification appliances are System Sensor “SpectrAlert Advance” P2RA horn/strobes. These are located in all public areas of the hotel. There are no alarms in the guest rooms.

All pull stations are Notifier N-MPS-SA FlashScan addressable single-action pull stations.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are likely Notifier FSP-851A FlashScan addressable photoelectric smoke detectors throughout the hotel.
