‘’’Radisson’’’ is a chain of hotels headquartered in Minnetonka, Minnesota. This particular hotel is located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. It was built in 1982, and renovated in 2013. The fire alarm system was installed during the 2013 renovation.

The hotel is protected by a Notifier NFS2-3030C addressable fire alarm system. The panel has not been spotted, but the annunciator confirms it is an NFS2-3030C. The system runs Notifier’s FlashScan addressable protocol, and is two-stage.

The pool area has System Sensor P4RKA weatherproof horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, 4-wire). The guest rooms have System Sensor P4RA horn/strobes (white, wall-mount, 4-wire). These are set to 15 candela, which is a code violation, as CFAA codes require 110 candela strobes in sleeping areas.

All pull stations are Notifier MPS-950KB two-stage conventional single-action pull stations. These have Notifier FMM-101A FlashScan addressable modules attached to them, as they are conventional devices.
Automatic Detection Devices
There are Notifier FSP-851A FlashScan addressable photoelectric smoke detectors throughout the hotel.
